Internships
Feel free to add internship programs that directly contribute to Linux and the broader *nix free software community. Include a brief description of the program (verbatim if possible).
Internships that just happen to use Linux without primarily contributing to the free software community will be removed.

- Google Summer of Code is a global, online program focused on bringing new contributors into open source software development. GSoC Contributors work with an open source organization on a 12+ week programming project under the guidance of mentors.
